Bought a certified used car. When I test drove it, I noticed the windshield was cracked. The salesman Curtis told me it would be no problem to have them fix that ASAP and to contact him the next Thursday if the service department had not contacted me. When I did, he wouldn't even respond. I should have known as he told me to sign his salesman checklist before I even was presented the car (features Hyundai requires the staff show you before you take the car). Curtis wanted to hurry and get to lunch. I signed, trusting him to actually show me. Nope. He dragged out the process, badgered me to give him the names of people I know so he can cold call them, and then was a total jerk to me when the bank needed additional documentation because someone fatfingered my social checking my credit (probably the dealership). Now it is 27 days later. I have made one trip to the dealership for their contractual replacement and calibration, but came up empty handed after the windshield to be installed was damaged (I have my doubts this is true). They had my car for about four hours before getting around to calling me, refused to attach a front license plate, claiming Utah doesn't require it and therefore they don't need to do it (they do, by the way). They then told me the car was pulled right up front but left it out in their lot parked six inches from another car. I had to walk up and down the rows to find it. They've made this such a miserable car buying experience that I will never deal with Young again. Almost a month with a very unsafe and about to cave in windshield on a certified car. I suspect I will have to take legal action before they fulfill their portion of the sales contract. Just dishonesty or the worst communication any company has ever performed. More

REALLY????? also its a se..he guaranteed me a different car....i found one in there supposed inventory...texted him said oh its sold..after i got my new piece of crap..they forgot i exsisted wow.. a messed up dealership for sure..they suck..so now im stuck with a piece of s+++ .service after the sale xxxx NO....also talked me in to the package of scotchguard tinting etc....after i said no..they billed me..i said i wanted a refund..did i get it NO...ok enough venting hope it wasnt too long and people read this so they dont get treated like crap More
I brought my car in for a recall and oil change. They did the recall, disconnecting my battery during the process and then put the positive battery cable back on without tightening it down. Not long after I left the dealership my car DIED while I was driving. The positive battery cable disconnected while I was driving and fried the fuse and cable stranding me and my three young children on the road. I had to get my car towed back to the dealership where they told me— before even looking at the car that it would take 6-8months to fix and I should just trade it in and get a new one. And tried to send me over to the sales team that minute. I declined that offer and waited until they actually looked at my car. When they looked at the car they told us the cable was fried from the loose battery connection. We asked if they would fix it since they were the last ones to touch the battery and put it back on loose. They said they’d have to talk to their manager. They have now had my car for an ENTIRE WEEK and they have not called us once. We have called multiple times and every time the manager and assistant manager are unavailable. I am very upset they gave me back a car that wasn’t safe to drive, that stranded me on the road because of something they did. And now they are refusing to take responsibility for it. More
I brought in my Santa Fe for a recall service appointment. From the get go I was greeted with cold looks (as if my presence were an inconvenience). After the car was checked in I asked how long, the gentleman said two hours, I exclaimed two hours! He said all recalls are 2 hours. Fine. I waited for two hours and then I went back to the service desk. I asked politely if my car was ready, the gentleman said "I told you it was going to be a "few" hours. Even after my request he still could not give me an estimated time of completion. "At least one more hour", was the best response I could get from him. Now that is great communication. After this, it doesn't even matter how good of a job they do. More
