McKay Nichols took the time to find out what I was looking for, understood my reservations, was never pushy...he was a true professional....Heck, they all were! Aaron made sure I got the best deal on my trade, got the best financing, and never made me wait to know where I stood (I did my research, so I knew right away the guys were serious about making a great deal). When we talked extras, McKay never made me feel like he was trying to "sell" me the extras. I even told him that I wanted the wheels powered coated (I think I surprised him on that one because no one has asked for that before). McKay told me "I am not going to sell you a car you 'like'....I want you to have a car you 'love'".....Well, McKay and team...M/C (Mission Accomplished!!) To anyone looking to buy a new car, go to Young Kia. There are amazing incentives that you may qualify for (the College student/graduate, military member, etc!!). Also, I suggest you consider tinting the windows, getting the very awesome Kia labels, the clear bra to protect the paint and (especially) get your wheels powder coated (I got the glossy coat)!! He seemed to sense how much help I needed or wanted and was there when I needed assistance and gave me space when I was trying to "noodle" advantages/disadvantages of different models. His product knowledge was very good and he pointed out features I might have overlooked. His followup after the sale is greatly appreciated. I found the entire staff at Young Kia to be helpful and professional. I consider myself a difficult customer and they all worked with me to insure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I bought a Optima EX and it has been great. I've taken it back for it's first oil change and the service department is as helpful and professional as the sales folks. I felt the people in the service department listened to my comments and spoke to me like I was family rather than just a number. More

I had been looking at the Kia Optima and other mid-sized sedans. I am not a big fan of the whole dealership experience, so I choose to research cars online. They provided answers to all of my questions and even sent me a video of the car I was interested in. When it came to pricing, they beat every other dealership I contacted by a large margin. The price and customer service I received impressed me so much, I drove to Kaysville from St. George. When I arrived at the dealership, they greeted me in the parking lot and took care of me the whole time. No pressure for any upsales or accessories. I was in and out in literally 30 minutes. I love my new Kia Optima! More

We came to the dealership looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe. Colten was very courteous and helpful. He helped us to look at the cars we wanted, and then as we questioned what else he had in that price Santa Fe. Colten was very courteous and helpful. He helped us to look at the cars we wanted, and then as we questioned what else he had in that price range, he helped us find vehicles that fit our need. We had to leave for another appointment and Colten again was very courteous, and applied no pressure to us to buy now, or come back. We did tell him it was to look at another car, but his concern seemed to be for us to find what we wanted. On returning to the dealership, Colten again met and helped us. We test drove four cars that day and ended up buying one that fit our needs even better than the Hyundai. The paperwork was taken care of in a very timely manner. Everyone seemed concerned that we know exactly what we had bought, what the various items in the car did and how they functioned, and how the payments and cost all fit together. The financial person took the time to make sure we understood and did not seem rushed to get us on our way. While we did all of this the car was prepped and fueled. It looked really great when we drove it out of the lot. We are very pleased with our Forte. I have driven it over the weekend and am even more pleased with our purchase than when we first made it.
