I was looking for a specific car with specific accessories, in a hard to find specific color..and they found it. Since I had to travel some 400+miles myself, they offered to take care of a motel room for the overnight stay and they gave me a loaner car to drive. Steve had the honor of getting my signature on about ten documents and then the deal was done. Everyone was just as nice in person as they had been on the numerous phone calls and emails that had occurred during the arduous process of procuring the car for me. I especially appreciated warren's extra efforts to see that I got exactly what I had dreamed of having. And through all this time he had a brand new baby son at home. What a sweet and conscientious young man. This was a good experience. This purchase was as it should be..no pressure to take things I did not want and no games with the pricing. Being a single woman I worry about being lied to because I didn't have a man there to make the deal. Once I started working with DeWayne he made me fill at ease and answered all my questions about my trade I didn't have a man there to make the deal.
