Youngblood Kia Jan 19, 2023 nana1 Ben Ralston greeted me with a friendly smile and told me what they planned to do for the service on my Telly. He showed me where the waiting area was and the complimentary drinks were. It took a long period of time to do the oil change plus to recalls and two extra procedures to the car. When they were done Ben came walked me to the service desk, I took care of the bill and he walked me to the clean car that they had washed and gave me a bottle of cold water and saw me off. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Chris Tate, the gentleman that sold my Telly to me, hunted me down and gave me a big hug. It was great! He is a awesome guy like Ben. Youngblood is the place to go to buy a car and to get service. God Bless

Sir, we always welcome feedback. However, in this case there is clear miscommunication and misunderstanding. Your wife is the driver on the rental agreement and who we rented to. You drove a rental that you were not included on. The contract signed and initialed by your wife states that she will be the only driver, also that the rental leaves here with a full tank of fuel and is required to be returned with a full tank of fuel. We are glad that your Advisor Ryan did a good job during your visit with us. We are sorry that there was a lapse in communication regarding the terms of the rental. I would definitely invite you to read the agreement that we sent home with your wife. As far as our Service Manager's tone with you, Youngblood never overlooks when a customer raises their voice and/or beats their hands on the counter when addressing employees, in this case our Rental Manager. My Service Manager heard this from out in the shop, which is the only reason why he involved himself. We understand that some of our rental guidelines may be frustrating, but guidelines are in place for a reason and we cannot detour from them for one person and not the next, as I'm sure you can understand. Thank you for your feedback and response. I don't believe you were informed of the complete actions that transpired. The manager came to the desk in response to the clerk's request responding to my question of topping off the tank. As far as response to driving the vehicle, my wife Julie had to go to Arizona and advised me to check on the Stinger. I did so in lack of keeping her informed of the repair process. Sorry for the miscommunication and my tone with the rental portion of this process.

We understand the frustration of purchasing the wrong part. However, If the bag was opened in any way and as stated by you also plugged into your car, it is considered used. We are then unable to restock or return the part for any credit. As explained when you came in to purchase the part, we can only return unused parts with a restocking fee.
