I was a disrespected unheard 74 year old Widow When I went in to trade for a newer model I did not realize until I got the car out on the highway but it did not have cruise control, a compass on th When I went in to trade for a newer model I did not realize until I got the car out on the highway but it did not have cruise control, a compass on the mirror, a console, etc etc. I lived 40 miles away, it was the end of the day as I drove home. The next morning I drove back wanting to take this car back and drive my nicer car home. They put in a very cheap cruise control that doesn't work. Told me there is no 72-hour law in Missouri. Every time I get in the car I feel I was very disrespected and not listen to. I have talked to people at the dealership about it and they have no interest and making things right. More

Part 2 Picked up my car that Youngblood refused to repair. Took it to my trusted local mechanic. The next day he had it running like a top with new oil, new filters, and a quick engine clean. It cost me $119. Wow! Youngblood Kia is a bunch of lying cheating criminals. They will Not honor the warranty on a brand new car! I’m considering legal action and will for sure file a claim with the BBB. YOU SUCK YOUNGBLOOD KIA! More

Never fixed anything! Bought a brand new Kia Sorento and right off the bat it had a multitude of quirky things wrong with it. Had to tow it in once. They were never able to recreate the issues and never fixed a single thing. Must have had it up there a dozen times and never once did they fix anything. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago when the check engine light came on. They reset the light AGAIN and sent me home. Took it back a week later when light came on again and now that I’m 200 miles over my warranty they say my engine is ruined and that i didn’t change my oil and they refuse to fix anything. Calls to customer service went unanswered. So today i drove it to our mechanic to get a 2nd opinion. I will never ever go there again. Ever. Awful customer service and their warranty isn’t worth using as toilet paper. More
