Attempted to buy a used vehicle over a period of about 10 days. They did not make this process easy at all. Then after being quoted a trade in value for my car, at the last minute they drastically reduced wh days. They did not make this process easy at all. Buying a car is a big deal and you want to be comfortable and confident in the person you are working with --- I did not. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership, nor would I recommend it to anyone. More
I was in the market for a new small SUV. My husband saw the Outlander Sport at the Valley Mall. It was between this and another make of small SUV. What won my sale was trifold: the price and what they gave the Outlander Sport at the Valley Mall. It was between this and another make of small SUV. What won my sale was trifold: the price and what they gave me for a tradein; the promise for convenient service with free oil changes/car washes; and the excellent warranty. The sales person, Brian Fearnow, was very knowledgeable about the car and not pushy in the least and Stafford made it happen. So far my experience has been a very pleasant one! More

The Sport is everything I was looking for, not too big, 4 doors, heated seats, 4 wheel drive, roomy interior, had the choice of leather or fabric but choose the fabric which is beautiful. Having driven convertibles for the last 25 years it was a difficult choice for me but feel it is classy and eye catching, which has always been important to me. I don't want to look like everybody else on the highway. Silly maybe but I think the Sport will give me everything I was looking for. Also like when it says See you when I turn off the engine. More
i took my lancer here with only 20000 miles on it due to the check engine light coming on. i walked in and right away adam ask me what exhaust i have on it and tells me its probably a sencer with my turbo m the check engine light coming on. i walked in and right away adam ask me what exhaust i have on it and tells me its probably a sencer with my turbo manafold,due to having a aftermarket exhaust, my car is a stock lancer es. they have no turbo, so heres a service guy from mits. that doesnt even know what hes looking at. then he changes his story and tells me a squril got in my engine bay and ate some wires. the bottom of these engine are totally covered in cheap plastic and no way to get into,and its in a garage 99%of the time. i got the impression that he really didnt know what he was doing, and was half tempted to get my keys back and leave. so the next day i call and he tells me they couldnt find anything and that i must of had bad gas.i should of stuck with fitz toyota in chambersburg. More

Brought my car in for a free oil change and tire rotation, so there's really not much I could complain about. The waiting room is always clean, and my two year old son, always enjoys watching carto rotation, so there's really not much I could complain about.
