Took five trips down there to repair the car. Very poor planning and communication on repair department. Over $100.00 in gas and only paid for one trip. Wasn't treated fairly from the first visit. Adam is always a pleasure to work with whenever we have service done on our vehicle. His genuine friendliness and his will to go above and beyond normal expectations make him a great asset for your dealers service done on our vehicle. For example, my wife and I had an oil change/tire rotation scheduled for 2PM. However, due to traffic, we knew we would miss our appointment. When I called to cancel/reschedule, Adam insisted that it would be no problem for us to simply come in whenever we made it back to town. As busy as our schedules get, it can sometimes be difficult to move appointments around. It was such a big help that Adam made us feel welcome to still come in for service, although we were over an hour late. After all of that, he was also kind enough to remind us that our 30K Mile service was coming up. Adam definitely deserves some sort of extra recognition for the top-notch customer service he continually delivers. Bravo, sir. More

The sales team was great. The deal was just about what I was expecting less a few hundred dollars (but I can live with that). It was kind of a hassle having to leave and go to another building for the finan was expecting less a few hundred dollars (but I can live with that). It was kind of a hassle having to leave and go to another building for the financing to be done, however we were treated well during our wait. Even though I feel the dealership did a great job, I wasn't happy with the big YOUNGERCARS.COM on the rear window, a small one on the back would have been fine. I feel like a rolling billboard for Younger, the only problem is I am not getting a monthly check for advertising space. Staford said he will remove that on our next visit. I couldn't have been more satisfied with everything. At first I thought i was going to have to really play hard ball with these guys. Boy, was i wrong. These salesman at Mitsubishi are the first salesman that i have ever dealt with that i actually felt like they worked with me rather than against me unlike other salesmen. I had been in the Younger Mitsubishi lounge area for about an hour, awaiting the completion of an extended routine checkup of my 2006 Mitsubishi. For a few years, I had been very non-seriously consid about an hour, awaiting the completion of an extended routine checkup of my 2006 Mitsubishi. For a few years, I had been very non-seriously considering the purchase of a larger and newer SUV. I gentleman who appeared to be a non maintenance member of the staff passed and we exchanged greetings. I asked him if he was a salesman. He responded yes, and that he would be glad to help me in whatever way he could. I asked if he would like to sell a new car today. With a smile and an extended hand, he responded that he would love to sell me a new vehicle of my choosing today. We introduced ourselves over smiles and started the process. In the suceeding 2 hours, Mr Bill Martin guided me through a thorough questioning, evaluation, testing and decision making process that ended in my purchase of a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander. A vehicle that, for several years, I had dreamed about owning, but had made hundreds of excuses for not purchasing. I very much appreciate the patience and professionalism of both Bill, and Mark the sales manager, and all they did to guide me into this great vehicle. As an added comment: In 2006 I bought my last vehicle at Younger and have been going back to the facility for routine mileage inspections and routine servicing for the last 5 years. I guess I have been remiss, in that I have never really taken the time to formally voice my satisfaction of, and appreciation for the quality staff and ALL the employees at Younger. Strange how we complain at the 'drop of a hat', but resist or ignore expressing gratitude or admiration. With lots of both, Paul More
