I came in on a tuesday Evening for my Younger For Life Oil Change. While I was there, I was informed that my drain plug was stripped and there were none in stock for my model car. I was told they were dri Oil Change. While I was there, I was informed that my drain plug was stripped and there were none in stock for my model car. I was told they were drilling the hole bigger to put in a Honda Plug. 2.5 hours later, I was informed that the replacemebt oil pan would be ordered and it would take about 1 hour to put in so I'd have to come back for that. I came back on Friday at 1000 and again was told it would take ~1 hour. Three hours later, I got my car back and was allowed to leave. I'm sorry but 5.5 hours in two days is inexcusable for an oil change and for fixing what the technician screwed up in the first place. Not to mention that I could have taken the shuddle where I had to be if I was told the truth on how long it would "really" take instead of waisting my time sitting at the dealership. About an hor into my Friday appt. Adam called for "Shafer" well, when I got up (asuming it was me) and he handed me the key, I found that it was not the correct person. This is not the first situation I have had at this dealership and if I had a choice to go elseswhere and get my services for free, I would but I don't. I have asked numerous times for a cuctomer complaint # and it hasn't done any good. Free is free though- guess I shouldn't expect to much More

Normally I am very satisfied with your dealership...yesterday was another story! I bring my 1998 eclipse to Younger because of its age and special needs. I had an appt for 11:00. I had the side panels of the spoiler repainted at a shop in Winchester, while there, they lost the 2 clips to hold them on. So, I thought, I am getting my oil changed, maybe, the parts department could help me out and have the clips in stock. I had 3 of the 4 screws needed and told Teresa where they were in the car. At 3:00 I called to see if my car was ready...I was told to give them 30 mins. So at 4:00 I show up, and still not ready. When I finally picked my car up, around 6pm. I paid for it, and my daughter went to put things in the trunk. When she opened the trunk she almost cried! Here the panels of the spoiler were not even secured with the screws and I am not even sure the clips are the correct ones.My daughter paid dearly for the paint job and here, a dealership, did not even secure them. Now, I know that they were aware of the 3 screws in my car because I was charged for 1 screw, I don't know where it is and $150.00 for the labor to do maybe 5 mins of work and not even correct!!! I did not expect them to put clips in for free, however, I should have been notified of the expense. I have mechanic friends who certainly can master the art of installing a clip. To look at the bill, it appears that they installed a complete new spoiler...for that, I would gladly pay $150.00 labor, NOT FOR 10 MINS. WORTH!!!Would I reccommend this dealership? Maybe. Will I be back? Not if I can find another Mitsubishi dealership near my daughters college. I woul appreciate some satisfaction. This just was not right. I INSTALLED THE SCREWS IN YOUR PARKING LOT...SHOULD I CHARGE YOU A LABOR FEE? More
Everyone was very friendly. I was greeted at the door and taken care of every step of the way. Justin was very good and the manager was also. We went out looking for a new vehicle that was not only reliable, and good on gas, but one that would be safe for our children. We were greeted by John, with a smile and a friendly "Hello". Once we told him what we were lookign for, he quickly began to help us in our search. Once we decided on a vehicle, he was very eager to help us in any way possible. The finance manager there was also a great help, and was quite friendly. We were slightly concerned about what prices we would find before we started looking, but we were very happy to see that the prices on the vehicles were not as we had anticipated, they were slightly lower. The payments were a little more than we had anticipated, but that was not due to the sales team at the dealership. I really appriciated everything that everyone did to help us in our adventure to get a new vehicle. Our kids felt the same. They said "We love when you buy a new car, it is FUN!". I would definetly recommend the dearlership to others (in fact, I already have several times over, and in just the two days that we have had this vehicle). Everytime I have bought a car int he past, I have felt like they were just trying to get their commision, and did not care how I really felt about the vehicle, but this time, I could feel that the sales team wanted to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with our decision.
