Sergiu is also an exceptional person to work with. Every time I bring my car in, he gives me a detailed run-through of every inspection performed on my car. The employees at Younger Nissan also understand my situation and tight budget, and therefore really work hard to make sure that my car receives proper service. The customer service I receive is always personalized and I feel welcome every time I come to the dealership. I was checking the internet for the Nissan Frontier Pro-4X.....and after visiting a few in the Washington Metro area ,I was getting very frustrated with the sales people not returning my calls for this Pro-4X.....and after visiting a few in the Washington Metro area ,I was getting very frustrated with the sales people not returning my calls for this particular model ( no inventory and prices were too high)...So I came upon Younger Nissan in Frederick,Md on the internet and they had just what I wanted, so i called and Eric the Mgr. invited me to come in....So, I drove over 50 miles in a SNOWSTORM to look at this truck! Karen Luedeman was assigned to me by the internet sales mgr. Eric...and she took it from there...WOW!...she was great! Very informative and a easy to work with and a "GREAT" sense of humor...no price haggling....no pressure....and I got a fair trade on my old vehicle....I was extremely happy driving home in that snowstorm...because I really got the truck I wanted....I have been buying vehicles for more than 43 years and i would say this dealership really made me feel comfortable!
