Gary was very helpful, friendly, and caring. he and his technician made my service visit a real pleasure and so unlike my experiences at other dealerships. What impressed me the most was that, at the time of my purchase I did not realize Younger Nissan even existed, so I purchased some where else. But I still received excellent and friendly service. What this tells me is that next time, I should definitely buy my Nissan from Younger. Got a great deal on a new Frontier Pro 4X. Entire process in the dealership took only a couple hours. Best walk thru of a new vehicle from Jesse that I have ever received. Great overall experience. Jesse Kincaid - Excellent Salesman! Corresponded with Jesse over email a day before heading in to the dealership. We discussed what I wanted and that I had a tight situation with the negative equity in my trade-in. Jesse said he was confident that we could work something out. I needed a more fuel efficient car because my new job put me farther down the road. Jesse asked about what I wanted and we chose a car to work with. I told Jesse that I didn't have a lot of time to screw around with and didn't want to be in the dealership all day. He said no problem. I went in to the dealership the next morning, Jesse had all paperwork together and when I provided my payoff, he had a deal put together in 15 minutes. After we made the deal, the car went to clean up and I went immediately in to the finance office. I was there maybe 15 minutes and was out. The car was ready and then Jesse sat with me in the car and went over all of the features. The whole experience was a little over an hour....amazing! Jesse backed up and lived up to everything he said he could and would do. I was thoroughly impressed. I went back to Younger Nissan because I bought a car from them in 2010 and it was a great experience.....they haven't let up in the years since! I would recommend them to anyone...and do! More

Quick and Clean I showed up to the express center for an oil and filter change. There was no one in line so I pulled right up the the counter. James Fink met me with a friendly "good morning" and polite "How can we help you?". He explain what would be done and gave me an estimated time for how long it would take. As I sat in the waiting area, I could see my vehicle being worked on the service tech work quickly but carefully. Once finished James came out and explained what the service tech found and advised me of how to handle the issues. I was in and out in about 30 - 40 minutes and the vehicle was clean with a floor mat. Thanks - C.O. More
