"Low-pressure, straight-forward. Poor customer management."

Pros: 1) Straight-forward pricing with no hard up-sells. 2) Very easy communication over text messages with Tony. Cons: 1) Long Wait - Despite paying by cash, still had to wait nearly two hours to see the finance manager. We had offered to come back later in the day after lunch but were told that we should stay and that we would be out any minute. Escalated to Karl who then said that there's no reason to be angry and should just continue to wait. Total time at dealership: 3.5 hours. 2) Errors in Financing - Had to catch a number of errors in the numbers. Listed sales tax at 4.5% when it should have been 4.15%. Finance manager said someone else prepared the numbers. Whoever prepares the numbers for you, it's your job to review it before it's finally presented to the customer. The buck has to stop somewhere. Furthermore, had to have them remove additional fees since this was a cash purchase. Would have ended paying more had I not caught there errors myself. Nevertheless, I 'd recommend this dealership so long as you're 1) prepared to keep an eye on the numbers yourself and 2) bring your lunch.
