just had my 2nd free oil change and my car was driven into the service area within the first 10 minutes of my visit and I had no appointment. Younger dealership is out of my way but I'm still in and out into the service area within the first 10 minutes of my visit and I had no appointment. Younger dealership is out of my way but I'm still in and out quicker than the local Jiffy lube and they make me feel like their best customer everytime I visit and I must say all the employee's are excellent but I really trust Sergiu with my car. More

Positives body and paint look great car drives like new Positives body and paint look great car drives like new They paid to fix hood that was damage while on property They paid to Patch tire that had scre Positives body and paint look great car drives like new They paid to fix hood that was damage while on property They paid to Patch tire that had screw stuck in it when picked up on 1/28/14 negatives time 12/8/13 to 1/28/14 the above extra damage to car told 3 different completion dates and then went 2 weeks being told the part will come in tomorrow every day. Then when the part arrives I am told they are now waiting for another part. Overall I am pleased. My number one concern was OEM parts and the car put together correctly. This was done perfectly. I am annoyed about the patching since I was planning on selling the tires. Having to call every day for a status update since I am always told tomorrow is frustrating. Just tell me the realistic expectations and I will wait to call then. More
