Worst service ever! Took our Ford F150 in for an estimate for a broken lock in door as it was broke into. Just wanted an estimate. They did diagnostic work to tell me it was fine which we knew as estimate for a broken lock in door as it was broke into. Just wanted an estimate. They did diagnostic work to tell me it was fine which we knew as it only has 19000 miles on it. They told me what new lock would be I asked about the key would it be same or need rekeyed. No one not even manager would take time to find out. Charged me $214. And I still don't have a written estimate for insurance. Go to butler ford in Ashland they answered all my questions and k re what they were talking about. Yreka Motors lost our business More

I totaled my Honda Accord last week when I hit a cow 😣 I messaged Kristie Ballestin about getting a new car and how to go about it.
