We had a great experience with this dealership. We lucked out and happened to catch an Odyssey literally a couple days before it showed up on the lot and made arrangements to buy it immediately. Coming from Redding, we had to drive to get here, but our salesman Evan took care of almost everything before we arrived so our time in the dealership was limited (since we were concerned about COVID exposure). The staff was very respectful of COVID safety and wore masks around us while we were there, beginning to end, and everyone was very friendly. Given the car shortage due to chip availability, we felt lucky that Yuba City Honda was "only" charging about $3k over MSRP. Other places we checked further south were packing '22 Odysseys with unnecessary, essentially useless high margin aftermarket items that added $5-7k over MSRP. So Yuba City Honda's price was good considering the market conditions and how other less-scrupulous Honda dealers are really taking advantage of customers in a much more shameless, blatant way. We took advantage of Honda's 1.9% 48 mo financing deal, and though extras were offered when we hit finance dept, the finance guy (SORRY, forgot his name) was friendly and low pressure. Having had experience with Yuba City Honda since our Redding dealership couldn't get the Odyssey we wanted, I have no reservations about recommending them and our salesman Evan specifically if you're in the market for a Honda, even while the availability is tough, he's shown he'll do his best for you. Give the man a raise! More
