This is the second automobile that I have purchased from Grossinger. My experience was much better this time. Grossinger did not have the selection of cars that I was looking for at the dealer. The salesman was able to find a car that met my specifications and had it delivered to Grossinger at the price that we agreed on. The time spent with the Finance department was kept to a minimum and he knew how to get through all paperwork in great time. The finance department was able to get me the same interest rate that was being offered by GMAC. The test drive was what sold me on buying the Buick LaCross and the salesman delivered the rest. My secondary reason for using Grossinger is their location is the closest to my work and if servicing is needed I can get transportation to work when necessary. On delivery of the car, a few marks were pointed out and the salesman had them rubbed out and they disappeared. More

The experience was for the most part positive. The one complaint I have is that the data sheet which had been on the back window was removed and we have never received a copy. Several requests have been complaint I have is that the data sheet which had been on the back window was removed and we have never received a copy. Several requests have been made for a copy but to no avail. Again, we would like to receive it. The salesman was observed removing it before the car was prepped for delivery. When questioned about it, he responded it was in the glove box but it was not. We informed Grossinger about this previously. If we had received it this probably be better than an OK rating. More
