I was sent the video of recommended services. I could not hear it because I was in a loud place. I tried reading the transcription and was unable to. I texted back asking if they could tell me wh I could not hear it because I was in a loud place. I tried reading the transcription and was unable to. I also said the same thing in the survey with the dealership and got resent the same video. I just wanted to know point blank what I needed. It should have been very easy and should not require me to watch a 5 minute video. The prior experiences I have had with this dealership have been great. This last time was not. More

Every time I have work on my vehicle and I to leave for weeks, you never have a loaner. I know for a fact that I had friends drop her car off after me, and you had a loaner for her.
