I had to wait an entire month for my appointment because I needed a loaner. That isn’t my problem. My problem is the fact that I had to wait that long— just to have the technician only test drive my car for I needed a loaner. That isn’t my problem. My problem is the fact that I had to wait that long— just to have the technician only test drive my car for three miles. They wrote down five in the story but that was a lie. I have a picture of my odometer when I got the car back. I specified that one of my complaints was only at operating temperature. Three minutes is not enough for that. I was told I’d get an answer in a couple days. That didn’t happen. I had to message the advisor and ask if there was any updates, to which I was told that they couldn’t find anything. Okay and… when were you going to tell me this? There was no attempt to ask for more information. I made the mistake of trusting that the technician actually tried. The advisor offered to have me test drive with a technician to verify one of the concerns. I just gave up and picked up my car. I wasn’t going to drive with a technician to prove my point and then most likely be told “that’s normal” without any scrap or diagnosis actually put into it. I get the sense that this place legitimately hates warranty work. On top of it all, I have a concern that the only occurs at specific temperatures. I have this clicking noise that’s been driving me up a wall. It only occurs in the morning and goes away after 1-2 minutes of driving. The very next day after I picked my car up, I heard the noise. Had the technician put in any more effort then they would’ve heard it. But now I have to deal with this annoying noise and diagnose it myself when the weather cools down because you guys won’t. I get it. Intermittent problems are awful. I deal with them too. But I at least give those cars 2-3 test drives and ask for more specifics. I don’t put 3 miles on a car and toss it, and then lie in the story. It is pitiful how little this dealership cares about its customers. I know Carlos was trying but when I brought up my issue with how backed up the loaners are and how I can’t predict when the weather is going to be right for the one concern— he brushed me aside and told me that a rhetorical question. No, it’s actually a sign that you guys need to fix your loaner issue. Unless you want to pay for my $50 Uber back to my house that’s 32 miles away, I need a loaner and I shouldn’t be screwed over because of the dealership’s poor management. More
