Right on time I was in the area, so I stopped to get an oil change. I knew there was a recall on my car and I would potentially need brake pads. I just knew that i I was in the area, so I stopped to get an oil change. I knew there was a recall on my car and I would potentially need brake pads. I just knew that i would not have time to get all of that done today. In what felt like 15 minutes, the wonderful techs at ZIEGLER, changed my Oil, confirmed my brakes were all good and Resolved the recall issue. Awesome Awesome Awesome. oil change /tire rotation first service appt on new lease . first the sales person who sold car darren donofrio was there to meet me and make sure all was set up , two,the work first service appt on new lease . first the sales person who sold car darren donofrio was there to meet me and make sure all was set up , two,the work was preformed perfectly but also neatly as the car wasn’t left unclean as weather was terrible and third , the service advisor in the express dept , josh, also took care of the recall that was needed and i didn’t need a second appt! that was totally professional and courteous and much appreciated! i will continue to b a customer and also refer others as i have many times!
