After investigating the details of the visit this morning, it is my understanding that we had the wrong Jeep in stock instead of the specific one that you were looking to take home. I was also told that we offered to get you the correct Jeep , at the correct price promised to you and deliver it to your home today but according to your time line, it would have not worked. It is never the intention of our company to give customers bad information and I do truly apologize on behalf of Zeigler for this mistake.
