I have brought my car here for 2 oil changes. Both times there was a problem with putting the fasteners back on. This time it was a lug nut on a wheel that was missing. Last time it was screws and fasteners on the splash shield under the engine. When doing the oil change myself in the past, I notice that there are multiple types and sizes of screws-which is dumb on Ford design. But when the wrong screw is forced into the hole it tends to fall out. And then where does it end up? In my tire. While the service center is responsive, it is still tiring to have to go back for corrections. I can at least see the lug nuts. I can’t check the screws under the engine without jacking up the car and only noticed the problem because the shield was hanging down. But the other Ford center I previously went to was much, much worse. So my advice would be “just pay attention!” Is that so hard? I shouldn’t have to wonder about these little things EVERY time I get something done. I could just as well do it myself then. It would probably take less time. More

My experience from the Time Valerie made appointment until I believe Todd was my service advisor name was a dream . 1st Valerie is such a delight to speak with , what a joyful spirit she has ( she’s a k until I believe Todd was my service advisor name was a dream . 1st Valerie is such a delight to speak with , what a joyful spirit she has ( she’s a keeper ) she made my day pleasant . Then the service advisor went above and beyond his duties I believe to rectify my situation. He even jumped In the truck to take a test ride with me to hear the issue I was having I. My navigator ;( which Lincoln couldn’t diagnose the issue ) Thankfully we fixed the annoying problem that existed from the time I purchased the vehicle New . This was a great experience.
