My check engine light came on and the ford app notified me as well so I called Zeigler service. Was told to bring the car in. Tim met me just inside and explained my options. My issue may or may not be cov me as well so I called Zeigler service. Was told to bring the car in. Tim met me just inside and explained my options. My issue may or may not be covered by the warranty depending on the issue. I was offered a ride home but declined as the weather was decent and I didn’t live far. Tim called and told me the issue was covered by the warranty and that my car would be ready in about an hour. Got another call when the car was ready. Very friendly and trustworthy service. Would recommend Zeigler service highly!! More

The sales person was great, how ever they dont have a lot of knowledge of inventory. I originally went to see a truck I like and schedule appointment.
