We take all concerns seriously and never want anyone to feel uncertain about their service experience. That being said, your vehicle is outside of the manufacturer's warranty period, and the clutch is considered a wear item by Honda, meaning it is not covered under warranty and is the owner's responsibility. The labor time listed in the bulletin only applies to warranty repairs and differs from the standard customer-pay labor times. The labor hours billed reflect the actual time it took to complete the repair, which aligns with the industry-standard range of 8-12 hours for this type of service.
