Yesterday after a few of their sleazy tactics, they agreed to sell me a Honda Pilot Elite for my asking price, and when it came down to signing the purchase agreement, they put down in the contract Pilot Touring, not Elite, which is roughly $4000 cheaper, now no one has ever brought up the Touring, no one said anything about the Touring, I never said the word Touring to them, I had a scheduled appointment with them to purchase a Pilot Elite, I test drove a Pilot Elite and I negotiated the price for a Pilot Elite, yet they tried to run a fast one on me by selling me a Touring instead of an Elite thinking I won't catch it. Honda should be ashamed, the way you trained Racine Honda to sell your cars and make you money is shameful, disgusting, shocking and appalling. More

I booked my appointment for the next week, had a pleasant chat with the service man (forgot his name) when I arrived and was directed to the seating room. Was there for less than an hour. By far ky shortest service appointment! They even cleaned up my car and gave me a paint pen as well. Will definitely come back here again for service. More

Bought 2016 Honda Odyssey from Jesse My wife and i came in looking to get a 2016 Honda Odyssey we found on the dealership website. Jesse did not try and upsell, he went and got the Odysse My wife and i came in looking to get a 2016 Honda Odyssey we found on the dealership website. Jesse did not try and upsell, he went and got the Odyssey and we test drove it after discussing why this vehicle was the one we were looking at. He did offer to let us look at a couple different vehicles that met our core needs and had some slightly different features. It never felt like he was squeezing or pushing. When it came time to discuss money and financing, he did an excellent job talking about what we could expect for a trade in of our old van, explaining where the bottom of the dealership's price range was, and found us a better rate than our bank had offered (we came in knowing we could get 5.29% from Navy Federal, and we ended up with 4.89% from a credit union). He did all this, while our two youngest kids were tiny hellions begging for food and declaring their boredom, with a smile and gave a feeling he wanted us to come away feeling like we made a good decision. I spent pretty much exactly what I planned on spending, and got a quality, safe vehicle for my family. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family, as everyone else we dealt with were great as well. More
