I was at Ziegler Honda of Racine for routine maintenance on my 2021 Honda CR-V, EX, Friday 07/24/26. While I was waiting for my car, I received a call from the sales department asking if I’d be interested i on my 2021 Honda CR-V, EX, Friday 07/24/26. While I was waiting for my car, I received a call from the sales department asking if I’d be interested in a free no pressure trade-in appraisal on my SUV. I said sure. I was introduced to the friendliest sales associate ever. Abdul Rehman was terrific!! He answered every question that I threw at him & if he didn’t have the answer he’d make sure he’d find it! I told him I wanted a specific color and of course they didn’t have a vehicle on the lot in the color I wanted, so Abdul went looking/calling to other dealerships in the area to find my color. Thank you so much Abdul, you made a happy customer!! He was so patient with my mistake regarding a credit freeze, when I came to pick up my new vehicle a day early, thank you Abdul😊 By the time I had it straightened out the dealership was closing, so I had to wait and come back the next day to finalize the deal. So on 07/29/26, I became the proud owner of a new 2026 Honda CR-V, EX-L!! Thank you Abdul!! You made the entire process easy & “pain free.” On 08/04/26 I had come back to Ziegler Honda for a cargo privacy cover for my new CR-V & ran into Abdul. I told him I was having difficulties with connecting to Apple CarPlay wirelessly, he asked me a few questions & then he asked me for my key fob & went to my car to see if he could try and figure out the issue. Now you tell me what sales associate would do that?? THANK YOU ABDUL!! You’re the best, you go the extra mile, above and beyond what’s required of you!! Johnny was incredibly genuine, straightforward, and easy to work with from the start. No pressure, no games—just a real conversation focused on getting to a fair deal. He took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish and worked with us to make it happen. In the end, he was able to put together a very fair deal on our new Honda Odyssey and our trade-in, and the whole process felt transparent and respectful.
