Chad OK Zeigler OK, Car still a problem, Came in because engine was hesitating and stalling. Worse in the winter. 1st visit, changed oil, said be back in 1000, then back in another 1000. 2nd visit, no oil c engine was hesitating and stalling. Worse in the winter. 1st visit, changed oil, said be back in 1000, then back in another 1000. 2nd visit, no oil change, I don't know what was done. They said they would call. Called, They said to make an appointment for the engine???? That is what I came for in the 1st visit! I am confused, What do I do now? I need my engine replaced before the warranty runs out in2027. More

They didn't fix the problem why I brought the car in they have no knowledge on electric vehicles and look at me like I have a car they've never seen before which in their defense maybe they don't see a lot o have no knowledge on electric vehicles and look at me like I have a car they've never seen before which in their defense maybe they don't see a lot of EVS but that's not my problem you have a job you should know your product I had to fix the issue on my own total waste of time going to the dealer they didn't even rotate my tires More
