Sales I seen one of their vehicles online and came to the dealership to inquire about it/possibly purchase it. They refused to show me the vehicle or do pap I seen one of their vehicles online and came to the dealership to inquire about it/possibly purchase it. They refused to show me the vehicle or do paperwork to get it, as well as any other vehicles, but instead showed me what they considered to be a vehicle for a “much better deal”. I asked to see the vehicle I originally had in mind several times, as well as a few others just to see a few options before deciding, they refused and said they wouldn’t be able to work out as good a deal. I quote: “Yea my manager said to show you this exact car, he won’t even give me the keys to the other one.” I agree to purchase the one they suggested, if we could come to an agreement on a pretty good deal for it, just to discover hours after I purchased it that the vehicle was faulty. It needed repair work done on it that I’m more than sure the dealership was aware of before selling it. I feel as though they basically wanted to get rid of the vehicle, which is why they stressed the fact of getting such “a great deal” on it. Very very disappointed. Very. More

Oil Change I was treated with respect from the service person I was working with. I was showed a filter that needed replacing and asked if I wanted to do that. H I was treated with respect from the service person I was working with. I was showed a filter that needed replacing and asked if I wanted to do that. He also gave me the price it would be. When I was looking at the invoice it said that I declined the radiator flush which I was never asked if I wanted that done. I always ask if there is anything else that needs to be done when I get my oil changes. They always say not at this time. I have a 2014 and it has only 18,000 plus a little more miles on it. More
