New sales rep, as I was told went things went sideways, but she had no one overseeing her work. Forced to get services that did not want since 'was already applied to the car and/or installed.' Would have but she had no one overseeing her work. Forced to get services that did not want since 'was already applied to the car and/or installed.' Would have to pay to have them removed was the explanation. Those who recommended Zeigler were horrified that didn't receive full tank of gas - had to ask for more than a couple dollars worth. Because of time crunch, went forward with sale, even with the s$$t show at the payment portion of the transaction. If I had not had a dead car, there is no way that I would have closed the sale. I would not recommend your dealership. More
