We bought a used Jetta for the “kid car” and had to take it back the same week because the check engine light came on. They had it for 10 days to fix, and less than 24 hours after we got it back, the light was back on again with a new problem that we paid to repair in order to pass emissions testing. They told us the car had not been smoked in, but they had actually covered up the smell with leather cleaner and air freshener… that wore off and we were left with a HEAVY smell that stays on our clothes when we drive it. They don’t return phone calls and bounce you to empty voicemail boxes when you call. So disappointed. More

The dealership lied to me about financing, spelled my co-signers name wrong, and left the air filter out of my car and sitting in the glove box. Their sales tactics were very manipulative and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. The sales manager kept showing me fake, hand written numbers in an attempt to confuse and intimidate me from negotiating further. We verbally agreed on an 11% interest rate but after looking at the official paperwork realized we were actually being offered a 12.5% interest rate. They said they ran our credit at Consumers Credit Union as we requested and they came back and told them that we were denied. This was a bold face lie as I have spoken and am in the process of refinancing with Consumers. They said no inquiry from the dealership was ever made. It’s absolutely infuriating seeing as I was on the cusp of my budget and instead of being honest and running credit where I’ve asked, I get lied too and ripped off. More

Myles was very responsive to my concerns about our original deal, and we came up with a good resolution in the end. He was honest and genuine when we finalized the deal.
