Horrible customer service They offer coupons to bring the customers however charge you full price. if you don’t catch it then they will not tell you. Great service! My experience was great from the beginning when I called to make an appointment all the way to the end after my car was serviced. The phone rep who took my call was very friendly and squeezed me in last minute for the following day. The service rep Tony Ortiz greeted me with a smile and handled my intake very quickly. There service on my car was quick and painless. I came in because my car was making a rattling sound on right turns. The diagnosis was that it was my rotor knocked out of alignment. Thankfully it wasn't anything worse. I appreciate everything this location has done for me and the excellent service they provide. Oh and there was wifi, coffee and cookies in the waiting area. Great job everyone! More
