Kuba and the General Manager were great. - Chris74mcphee

Kuba and the General Manager were great. Down to earth people. No gimmicks or lines of crap. It was like ok here it is, let's take it out for a test drive and what do think about the price. Willing to work with you. Very honest and friendly. Daughter turns 15 in year already talking to him about a car. Made the purchase painless and very quick. Definitely coming back to talk with these guys.

The sales experience was ok but the finance experience - downsrep

The sales experience was ok but the finance experience was terrible. Telling the finance employee I don’t want it translates to him as keep working on me I’m gullible. It made the excitement of buying a new car from the sales employee Edgar absolutely miserable, stressful and exhausting. Finance elsewhere if you can! The sales experience saves this review from being only one star with the service department. I had no issues during my free oil changes but once they were done, the gouging began! They told me I needed a brake fluid flush at 15000 miles which other car professionals told me was unnecessary. I got a tire rotation and after it was done, I noticed my tire making a strange noise. I took it back there, they told me it was a flat spot on the tire and I either dealt with it or but a new tire. I had them put the tires back in their original place so I wouldn’t hear the noise as much, but they just moved the tire over to the other front side. There also is a creaking noise I didn’t hear before the service that now happens when I turn the wheel. I took the car to Discount Tire who ended up giving me four new tires as they said the ones I had were all getting worn down. Ridiculous on a barely two-year-old car, but the price was better. I requested a refund of the tire rotation from Gerald but they only gave me a portion saying I already had a discount. That was a coupon, not a refund. I attempted contact with the service department manager who never followed up with me. My car is still under warranty but I will never buy a car here or get mine serviced here again.

I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and it's beautiful - bethtom2003

I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and it's beautiful inside. My husband and I noticed some scratches along the sides like somebody keyed the car, a few scuffs on the bumpers and the wheel had some scrapes on it. We were told that they would buff out The scratches and make it look nice. I brought it back in and they gave me a loaner. A week and a half later I went to pick it up and nothing was done. They said they couldn't get the scratches out. Why would they promise that? I know if they sent it to a regular body shop there could be something done. I would have never purchased the car if they hadn't made that promise! I'm waiting for the manager to call me to see if we can rectify this problem
