No help from service manager! This service manager will not dig into issue with my vehicle. My daughter also had issues with them on her vehicle too and lack of service! Not a fan of the prior 2 dealerships I delt with in the past 7 years so I honestly went in to Nissan today with a bit of a negative attitude but the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and serviced b past 7 years so I honestly went in to Nissan today with a bit of a negative attitude but the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and serviced by an upbeat and positive gentleman, Jamie Glassman. He took care of my check engine light problem which happened to be covered under warranty so I thought xxxx might as well get my oil changed while I'm at it. Jamie had me in and out in no time.
