Excellent customer service I went into Ziegler’s Orland Park location for a an oil change. At my previous visit I had an email coupon for a buy one get one service. Bad. Tony in service tries ro treat you like a fool I scheduled an appointment for 11 today I got there earily so I was checking in with tony in service dept. Once again bad service he tell me I got a few cars infront of me so it will be an hour or so wait I say I have an 11 appointment.. So I go to the store he calls in 20 minutes to tell me it is the oil I have beenthere now 4 times because my car has ran out of oil and no warning light to show oil was low came on pluse it was to have been fixed . any way this time he tells me he wave the inspection fee if I get it fixed there once they claim it needs only an oil change he wants tocharge me for the fee until after I had to refresh him on what he said. I also told them it cut off and was still ideling bad I still have no answer on that as well as him telling me my car has no low oil warning light when I had seen it come on before. So in short he says I am crazy. i got the eye roll and everything. Very Bad experience. More
