Lori called me and they had received one in with everything I wanted. Needless to say, I now have my car and the experience has been great. I went for a 75k service, which was going to take about 90-120 minutes. I was going to wait around and I mentioned that I needed to pick up my daughters from school and that it could not go past the 2 hour mark. She immediately said they can get me a loaner so that I don't have to be worried or rushed. I took the loaner and got a call when, my car was done. Much easier than waiting around. More

They were direct with the answers I needed, willing to negotiate and delivered what I wanted. The car arrived as ordered and prepped for delivery to us. The transaction details were handled efficiently and friendly. Most importantly the salesman, Sway, was very thorough in acquainting us with all the new features and making sure we had a good working knowledge of all the new safety features. Sway was a perfect gentleman, very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He is a real credit to the dealership! Very good experience and well worth the drive up from Grayslake, IL. More
