We got our first Subaru in 1999. First one was in Cedar Rapids, IA, second one was in Leesburg, VA, and the last two from Kenosha Subaru. They are by far the best dealership we’ve ever had. Calle with minor problem to repair the eyeglass holder in my Legacy. They were able to get me in and make a temporary repair until part came in. Part was in the next day and quickly repaired. My wife and I came in unannounced and at first impression were greeted immediately and directed to someone to help us. This person was Reid Stanley.(great guy) Reid listened to what we were looking for and f were greeted immediately and directed to someone to help us. We decided to lease a new forester but had to wait for delivery as all cars with our options were sold already. The finance guy Omar (another great guy) was very thorough going through the paperwork and helped us understand it all. So our review of this dealership so far is fantastic. I hope and am sure the service dept when I need it will also be a great experience. More
