Realized when we got home that non of the key fobs worked. Replaced batteries and they still did not work. Called the next morning and was brushed off and told to make a service appointment. I would have expected a little more concern and urgency since I just purchased the vehicle the night before. We also received a huge guilt trip from the man in finance for not purchasing the extra warranty. I felt that was very unprofessional. More

I really wanted a new car. Narrowed my search down to two models and then I had to go in and talk with someone.
