I purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester on September 17, 2020 and the promised repairs as of October 12th have still not been resolved. Primarily I was promised a 2 inch hitch as part of the closing deal. I was also verbally promised some minor touch up body work to cover a few paint scraps and all 3 rear seat head rests were missing when I purchased the vehicle. I took my car to the dealer on Friday October 9th and left it with them to install the hitch and other things. 3 hours later I got a call from the shop saying the hitch they had ordered was damaged and they'd need to order another one. Also the body shop person was not on site so the touch up work was not accomplished and I'm still driving around without rear seat head rests! I'll be glad to upgrade my review once these issues are resolved. Until then I can't recommend or will purchase from this dealer again. More
