First paid vistit I arrived at the dealership on time and was promptly seen by the associate I see every time. That's a nice way to be consistent. When everything was done my associate explained what kind of service I got and showed me the price. By the way I loved the car wash, especially since it's winter in Wisconsin. A lot of salt.
