Excellent service I had a new trailer hitch installed and it was done on time and with great workmanship. The part I ordered was a different size from what the dealer I had a new trailer hitch installed and it was done on time and with great workmanship. The part I ordered was a different size from what the dealer stocks; and after a two week delay because of my schedule between the appointment and the installation. The part was the correct one that I had ordered. No mistakes at this dealership. Also the suggestion that I take advantage of a loner car instead of waiting for the work to be completed was the right advice. The loner was a new car and not something that was just laying around for that purpose. A great experience with this dealership and it's service staff. More

Jim had a good understanding of his product but that of the other models ( different makes) that we also were considering. The test drive was great. The new model that Subaru made was better than we expected. We were not ready to purchase yet. Because of the HASSLE FREE, environment, we plan on returning to complete a purchase in June.
