They stated I needed a new transmission and after it was replaced, it exhibited the same symptoms. I brought it back in stating it was still happening and they said they needed to update the computer system replaced, it exhibited the same symptoms. I brought it back in stating it was still happening and they said they needed to update the computer system. After they did that, I drove it home with the same issue occurring. It’s still not fixed. Either they incorrectly diagnosed from the beginning or they really didn’t do the work they stated. I’m thousands of dollars in at this point with a car that feels unsafe to drive. More
