I was welcomed by Adam for my scheduled recall appointment. He estimated 2 hours for the 3 issues. I mentioned an additional problem with door locks. I needed to have a tire repaired that had a slow leak, it turned out to have a nail in it. My appointment was for 7 am and arrived at 6:50 expecting to wait until 7.
