I was welcomed by Adam for my scheduled recall appointment. He estimated 2 hours for the 3 issues. I mentioned an additional problem with door locks. I needed to have a tire repaired that had a slow leak, it turned out to have a nail in it. My appointment was for 7 am and arrived at 6:50 expecting to wait until 7. Our new Ascent was experiencing issues with the frame and struts. Each one failed, but not all at the same time. One would be fixed and next would start making noise. When it continued happening, the service agent finally arranged for a loaner car and had both front springs replaced to have it done. Good people.
