Exceptional Customer Service We received an email alert from Subaru that an "OTA" (Over The Air) STAR LINK software update was available for our new Forester. The problem we had We received an email alert from Subaru that an "OTA" (Over The Air) STAR LINK software update was available for our new Forester. The problem we had was that our WIFI signal did not reach our apartment's parking area. I called Kenosha Subaru and explained our predicament. Bri scheduled us for an appointment the following day and we were welcomed by Subaru Service Advisor, Jack Byrne who took care of us. He turned our vehicle over to their Super Technician, Tucker Juergens. Tucker did a fine job of updating the software. And we even got a complimentary car wash. Now that's what we call Exceptional Customer Service! More

No real help Brought my car in for service, the price quoted on the phone for the service did not match what I was charged, even after I pointed it out. Still charge me more then what was quoted over the phone. Also don't buy the EPP, it's a waste of money, they don't stand behind it. I have an issue regarding rust on a door jam (a weird place). Never received paperwork on this (EPP) so I have nothing to refer to, as well as the tire/wheel service contact never was giving any paper contact. Only have a verbal statement of coverage at the time I was closing a deal on my car. More

Poor service on this visit I brought mt son's 2017 Impreza in for service. It needed new tires and they needed to be ordered. I was quoted $850 for the tires, warranty & alignm I brought mt son's 2017 Impreza in for service. It needed new tires and they needed to be ordered. I was quoted $850 for the tires, warranty & alignment. We also ordered a plastic protective bra for the tailgate. When the parts & tires came in and my son dropped the car off for service, he was quoted $650 for the tires, warranty & alignment. I called to confirm the $650 price to make sure that everything was included that I was originally quoted on. I stated that I was originally quoted $850 and I wanted to make sure that there was nothing left out. I was reassured that everything (the warranty & alignment) was included in that price. I then asked the price of the tire and it was $105 per tire. That was the difference, as I was originally quoted $150 tire. The service person said that the price must of dropped. When my son returned the car he was indeed charged the $850. The service person said that it was his mistake, the quote he gave my son earlier was for tires for my husband's Outback. I think at that point, service should have offered a discount, since that was their error and I even called to confirm it. Also, the plastic bra was damaged and needed to be reordered. I understand that happens, but the issue was that the car was otherwise finished and sitting waiting for the bra to be installed for over 1 1/2 hours with no work being done to it, while my son and mom sat in the waiting room checking on progress several times. More

Above and beyond I had a sight issue when a tech who had a tire gauge was miscalibrated. The dealer called I alerted them of the gauge probably being the issue.
