I ended up having to call them anyway, because nobody confirmed my appointment, even though I had an email telling me my reques feature was useless. Had my car in 3 three times over a few months and they could not find what was wrong with my car finally brought it in for a fourth time they charge me $148 to diagnose it still couldn’t find it.
