Missing oil cap on brand new car Brought my 2019 Outback into the dealership after noticing that my oil cap was missing and oil had been spilling on the engine and everywhere else. Brought my 2019 Outback into the dealership after noticing that my oil cap was missing and oil had been spilling on the engine and everywhere else. When I told the service guy this he told me " the cap probably just fell off". I've owned 4 different Subarus, my last Outback was a 2013 and I know from experience it's really hard to remove the oil cap. For your service guy to basically lie to me was disappointing. I wish I remembered his name but I don't. He did however have my oil changed, cleaned up the engine, and rotated my tires. All which he charged me full price for. I asked him about a discount since someone at the dealership forgot to put the oil cap on my car before selling it to me, no response. I then received a voice mail from Sarah asking about my experience with my first service visit. I called back and received her voice mail so asked her to call me back before I filled out a survey. A day later Laurie, your internet sales manager, called me to say Sarah was on vacation but she could help me. I explained to Laurie my experience and she told me she would have the General Manager follow up with me. That was a week ago and I've not heard from anyone. To say my first experience with the Kenosha dealership has been a mess would be putting it nicely. More

They spilled oil on my engine and exhaust. I bought my 2017 Subaru there in 2018. I came in for my schedule oil change. I was in waiting room for about 1 1/2 hours. Then tech came and said they I bought my 2017 Subaru there in 2018. I came in for my schedule oil change. I was in waiting room for about 1 1/2 hours. Then tech came and said they spilled oil on engine but they cleaned it up and everything is okay. When I pulled out of service there was terrible oil smell and smoke. When I went to excell there’s was rattling noise coming from vehicle. I drove 2 miles and returned to service department. They said they would check it out. That said oil was on the belt. They changed belt and cleaned again. When I left ther was still smoke and bad smell. It stayed that way for a couple days. My problem is that when I bring my car to the dealership for oil change they should be careful putting oil in properly. I saw them spraying chemicals on the engine compartment almost like overkill. I don’t like the fact that water was being sprayed through out the compartment. Possibly causing damage to electrical components or other stuff. I probably will not ever buy a new car from you guys again. The service experience was terrible. I I ended up being there for almost 3 hour for a simple oil change. I feel my car my was damaged by oil poured in my engine compartment. Very unhappy with the experience More
