Our new Ascent was experiencing issues with the frame and struts. Each one failed, but not all at the same time. One would be fixed and next would start making noise. When it continued happening, the service agent finally arranged for a loaner car and had both front springs replaced to have it done. Good people. Rachel from the service department was awesome to deal with and the company backs up their commitment to safety.
