The service department is an absolute joke. My vehicle was damaged by the staff and it is clear that is what happened, however NO ONE was willing to accept any responsibility for their actions. Service here is always easy and expedient. I worked with Kenzie Hughes and she made the entire experience a breeze. I was not only able to get my service scheduled for a Friday afternoon, but they were able Kenzie Hughes and she made the entire experience a breeze. I was not only able to get my service scheduled for a Friday afternoon, but they were able to both complete an oil change and do factory recall work within hours, and get me back in my car before the end of the work day. Kenzie also ensured that I got a loaner vehicle so I could return to work during the afternoon while they worked on my vehicle. Definitely recommend this service center for all of your Subaru repair and maintenance needs. More
