I had a great experience. I don’t care that it took a week for my car to get fixed, I was kept in constant contact with my service advisor. I love the Legacy that I got for my loaner car. Then when I did week for my car to get fixed, I was kept in constant contact with my service advisor. I love the Legacy that I got for my loaner car. Great customer service. They went about and Beyond when I had my car serviced. They even gave me a loner car to drive for the week because they where unable to fix it that day. I travel for my job and I wou had my car serviced. They even gave me a loner car to drive for the week because they where unable to fix it that day. I had previously worked with another sales associate at BRS who was not the best to work with, and BRS made sure I had a good experience. I then worked with Jordan Shillings who was incredible to work with BRS who was not the best to work with, and BRS made sure I had a good experience.
