I brought my car in for a recall notice and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived several says later I was told the repair person who would do the wok wasn't there on the day my appt. was scheduled. So I appointment. John did everything on his end to make it easier on me since I did not have much time or money. Everything but a full walk around of the car and we missed a major side swipe damage on the car.
