A lot of people in line. I was made feel important too. I had to take my car in for them to see it to order a replacement piece of trim. Even with it being so hectic the girls were very polite and business I had to take my car in for them to see it to order a replacement piece of trim. Made an appointment for recalls/repairs back in December and was told Wednesday 2/26 was pretty much first available. Explained to the service attendant an issue with driver side front seat possibly being defective. Received the courtesy car, went about my business. I can't even click poor because the service has not yet taken place. I scheduled my recall service for yesterday morning, February 25th at 9:15 in the morning. They said it would take 4 hours to do the r taken place. I scheduled my recall service for yesterday morning, February 25th at 9:15 in the morning. They said it would take 4 hours to do the recall service to replace the passenger airbag. I heard nothing from them so at 1:30 I called. They said they would find out when it would be completed and call me back. They did not call me back. At 2:30 I called back and they said there were 20 cars in front of mine and they did not know when it would be completed. I came out at 3 pm and got my car. I called this afternoon and told the young lady that I did not care how far out they put me on the schedule but that if I bring it out for a scheduled time it would be completed by the 4 hour time that they told me it would take. She said that they were booked until March 18. I am unable to bring it on March 18 so she set the date for 8 am March 20. I hope on March 20 at noon I can pick up my car and the service will be completed. David B. Raymer More
