Horrible service experience!! I won’t trust another vehicle to this dealer ever! Took vehicle in for a 30 minute oil change and didn’t get it back for two weeks! I am upset I had to pay for diagnostics again when my car was towed into service in November for the same symptoms it returned with in December. Excellent salesperson but......... Mark Cravatt, our salesperson, was an 11 out of 10 in providing us a sale. I would purchase another vehicle from Mark.
