I was told this was a smoke free vehicle. The smell was masked. Had to have it professional cleaned twice. Stink is still there. Carfax said wpers were changed in December. Thanks to another dealership, I got them changed. DIdn't see it at the time, but there is a cigarette burn in the upholstery of passenger side. When pulling the visor down on drivers side my hand covered a huge cigarette burn. I had to replace that. So, beside the hole in the upholstery and the smell that won't go away., the title work has the incorrect lienholder address that I provided your financial guy - how can you get this wrong......I hate this car. I attempted to return and was told I could not. I will never purchase from Bob Rohrman Subaru again. More

Local Dealers in Detroit area could not provide and were unwilling to provide without excessive up charges. A few phone calls, emails and UPS envelopes and the deal was done.
