Service receptionist was excellent and very nice. I had a tire repaired to my satisfaction but the time it took to accomplish it was in my opinion a little longer than what it should have been. I realize that I was not the only customer but my time is worth a lot to me and waiting 2 hours to have a tire repaired was not acceptable. More

Alyssa made all the difference in our choosing to buy a new Subaru from Bob R. We had intended to purchase a low mileage used Subaru however with the high cost of used cars at the time and the low invento new Subaru from Bob R. We had intended to purchase a low mileage used Subaru however with the high cost of used cars at the time and the low inventory of new cars it made more sense financially to wait for a new car. The Subaru we bought is for my wife and Alyssa made sure that all of my wife's questions were answered. The Subaru fits her perfectly and is very simple to operate. Alyssa was cheerful and she listened. We will buy our next car from her. More
