Service was excellent. The young woman who helped me formulate my repair needs was very helpful--articulate and perceptive. However, labor costs for repairs--in my opinion--are out of line. One would think that repairs on.a Subaru wouldn't be so expensive. Most shops underprice the labor cost of repairs at Rorhman by 25 to 30%. More

I was treated with great kindness by the service team when my tire could not be repaired and because of the shortages, they did not have one to put on. They found a way to meet my needs when I had no oth when my tire could not be repaired and because of the shortages, they did not have one to put on. First the car had to go into shop the day I purchased. I got it back after over a week. Then it started having problems within a few days. Took it back in for service and I’m addition to the “new” problem, got it back after over a week. Then it started having problems within a few days. Took it back in for service and I’m addition to the “new” problem, the first thing I got fixed had to be fixed again. I’m deeply disappointed in the sales and service department. More
